RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened desktops PCs, notebook computers, netbooks, and projectors.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged on special order products.
These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
This fee is an additional 10% on top of the original restocking fee if it applies.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
If the item is damaged or defective, you may exchange for same product only at managements discretion and approval.

Please remove all personal data from any returned products.
Everything Computers is not responsible for any personal data left on or in any returned items.
This includes any CDs, DVDs and or other hardware.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items CAN NOT be returned:

Labor and/or installation services.

Opened computer software and video games.

Gift cards and/or gift certificates.

Items that have physical damage, have been altered or abused.

If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, you may exchange for the identical product only.
No refund will be offered.

All support must be provided in store or onsite.
Technical support for any products purchased from Everything Computers will be offered only by the original equipment manufacture.
