If your computer trouble is more complex than can be determined during our 15 minute Free PC Checkup, we can perform a basic diagnostic to determine exactly where the root of the problem is, and how to fix it. This service is mainly used for windows desktops and laptops. This does not include a detailed report or print out.
Advanced Diagnostic

We will run advanced hardware tests on all of your system hardware that will diagnose your system and verify if your issues are hardware or simply software based. We will then advise you on what can be done to fix and resolve your issues as well as time frame and all costs associated with doing so. This service includes the time to disassemble your product and test parts individually when applicable.
Clean Sweep

This is our most common and talked about service. A Clean Sweep is the removal and re-installation of your Windows operating system. More than 50% of all problems with PCs are fixed by this service alone. We guarantee your computer will run faster than it ever has with this service. If you add a Hardware Diagnostic and everything passes we will also guarantee this service to fix all of your computer's previous issues. We will install the latest version of your Windows Operating System as well as all of the latest drivers, updates, firmware and some much needed programs. We will even install free for life Anti-Virus software. We will set your Windows, antivirus & programs to automatically update and run in the background. We will also optimize your software to run at peak performance on your particular machine.

Our Clean Sweep service makes your computer like new again. We install all the codecs, plug-ins and essentials you will need to really use and enjoy your computer again.

We will disassemble and perform a thorough cleaning of dust and debris from your desktop that will help speed up and prolong its lifespan. We thoroughly clean out your system using compressed air, ensuring that no sensitive components are damaged in the process.
Depending on it's working environment, a computer can need cleaning every six to eight months for optimal performance. This service is limited to desktops pcs.
